What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you should cancel a conference registration before 22/09/2013 you will receive a refund of 50% of your payment.

We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. We welcome substitute delegates at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.

Data Protection

The personal information that you provide will be held on a database. Sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes. If you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose, or wish to amend your mailing details, please write to:
